Before sending any returns, please contact our Customer Care within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your order number and your name.
Please make sure the items are unworn, unwashed and all the labels and paper tags are in original condition. Note that returned products without tags intact, or received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
To keep waste to a minimum please re-use our oryginal packaging when possible and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. Please let us know the tracking number.

We’ll send an email to you once the items have been received . Once we have approved the return, you will receive a full refund. We use the same payment methods used in the original transaction. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. Please note that the shipping charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) for returns/exchanges are not refundable unless there is a defect in the merchandise.
