Delivery within EU takes place via one of the main delivery providers (UPS or DPD). Worldwide (outside of EU) delivery takes place via Poczta Polska (trackable service).

The delivery time within Poland is 2 – 4 working days. The delivery time for other countries within EU can be up to 6 days. Please note, it can take longer for the shipping worldwide, depending on the customs terms. The delivery time will begin on the first working day after the order is placed.

We will send you a tracking number where you can check the delivery time in the email as soon as your order is shipped.

For deliveries to countries outside of the EU there may be additional duties and fees. These must be borne by you. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
